Your tasks

  • You significantly increase sales and are responsible for the further development of assigned partners in the EMEA region.
  • You will build a resilient sales pipeline through appropriate sales and marketing activities.
  • You actively support our partners in the sale of Allied Vision products and act as an interface between our sales partners and the various internal departments.
  • You take care of the development and maintenance of a resilient and reliable partner network.
  • You support the planning and implementation of partner trainings and events as well as trade fair appearances and roadshows.
  • You develop our business plans together with your partner network and carry out market and potential analyses in order to derive new strategies, business cases and activities.
  • You measure the success of all activities carried out.
  • You are responsible for processing deal registrations and maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce).

Your profile

  • You have a university degree or a comparable degree in business administration, engineering or natural sciences.
  • You have initial experience in partner management positions and in direct sales (or comparable).
  • Experience with electronic image processing, including CCD/CMOS sensors, cameras, optics and lighting knowledge is a plus.
  • You are business fluent in English.
  • You have a high level of motivation, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
  • You have strong negotiation skills
  • The team is based in Ahrensburg near Hamburg, but you will be working from home. You will travel as required to achieve the sales targets in your region.
