Your tasks

  • Creating and implementing regional marketing plans to achieve business and sales targets, this includes in particular:
  • Working closely with the global marketing team and regional sales manager. Our Headquarter is located in Germany, US locations are in California, Texas and Pennsylvania.
  • Translate product and market requirements into marketing messages, create content and communicate it effectively to the regional market.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute regional events, including trade shows and conferences.
  • Execute market and segment specific campaigns, account-based marketing plans and take ownership of lead generation programs to develop qualified sales leads, grow pipeline and increase brand awareness in the region.
  • Oversee partner and channel marketing strategy to prioritize strategic partners for joint marketing activities.
  • Monitor progress and measure results of all key marketing campaigns through regular pipeline reviews and deal tracking.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business development or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in marketing, preferably in industrial sector / manufacturing industry.
  • Familiar with digital marketing, marketing automation and ABM.
  • Ability to produce content in different formats: e.g. video, blog, social media, etc.
  • Knowledge on Salesforce, (Hubspot) + Pardot, 6Sense, Demandbase, Google Analytics, Creative Cloud is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of the machine vision or automation industry is a plus.
  • Must be collaborative, able to multi-task, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional & virtual team in a matrix organisation.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and, if necessary, internationally.
